Ballistics®.
On the other hand, the easiest and quickest way for
placing your order is by using a credit card and filling in our
on-line order form.
When buying this program, what do
you receive in return ?

rights-of-use, for the corresponding edition, Desktop, Mobile & Phone, as entitled
in the software license terms (please see below) plus some other
benefits.

These benefits include a 3-month free support
period on both installation and use of the program features, via
email. We choose to use email in order to maintain a structured
and customer's support database which allows us to give the kind
of service our customers deserve.

Additionally, you will receive free updates
and free upgrades ( please check the FAQ section ) for a
one-year period.
We do value your business and will
take our best efforts to service you. Commitment to that is critical
to us.

Once we receive notification from PayPal©
that funds have been acknowledged, and the User Key

Since Patagonia
Ballistics® is not based in the USA we are not charging US
sales taxes, however, it’s suggested that you verify your state
regulations. In the end, customers are responsible for submitting
the appropriate tax to local agencies.

While visiting our website, or using our software,
we will not collect any personal information without your
permission.
We will not send you any unsolicited information,
including email, except where you authorize us to do so.
Any information you provide to us will remain
confidential to Patagonia Ballistics®.
Patagonia Ballistics®
collects and uses information as follows:
Registration Information: This is the information
that you provide to us for product registration ( User Key ).
Credit Card Information: We use PayPal services as
an e-commerce solution, and back-end facilitator to process your
credit card information. Your credit card information does not pass
through the Patagonia Ballistics®
site.

Refund Policy
We encourage you to review the documentation on the
individual product pages within the www.patagoniaballistics.com
site and contact us on any question you might have, before making
your purchase, in order to ensure that it meets your requirements.
Once any program’s edition has been purchased and the
unlock code has been given to the customer it is considered unreasonable
to claim the product does not satisfy the End User needs. The standing
policy on the products is that there are no refunds available once the
unlock code has been exposed to the user.
Most importantly we're a fair company and always
believe in putting the customer first and will listen to any reasonable
requests.
In the past, our refund policy was misused and
exploited by customers who created false reasons for refund but
continued to use our software.
It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself
with this refund policy. By placing an order and/or installing any of
our products, you indicate that you have read this refund policy and
that you agree with and fully accept the terms of this refund policy
NOTE: Charge backs to
credit cards or stop payments on checks as a means to "return" software
will be construed as a fraud and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the
law.
Due to the nature of software and online sales, this
policy is strictly enforced.
Patagonia Ballistics® will refund online software purchases in
accordance with all of the following guidelines:
- You must contact us via email (support@patagoniaballistics.com) within
5 (five) days of your purchase.
- You can provide us with identifiable information from your order.
- Patagonia Ballistics® has had the opportunity to resolve any
related technical issues within 5 (five) days of your purchase.
- The customer will provide all necessary details as requested by
Patagonia Ballistics® to demonstrate that the software cannot be
installed and/or unlocked.
- The customer will allow Patagonia Ballistics® to try to resolve any
technical issue during at least 15 (fifteen) days since the first
notification has been received.
- Patagonia Ballistics® will refund the purchase price only if
there is a technical problem with the software that cannot be resolved
within 15 (fifteen) days of the customer request
- No refund will be issued before this 15 (fifteen) days technical
support period.
- Refunds are made only to the credit card which was used for the
purchase and are made via PayPal® online services.
- You destroy all copies of the software and License files (including
backup copies) upon refund and you must stop using any software products
for which you no longer posses a valid, purchased license.
- The customer must provide as requested, positive proof of removal,
including registry data.
- The request should include a short description of the reason for
cancellation and confirmation that the license supplied will be
destroyed and the software uninstalled.
- If you are issued a refund, it should appear on your credit card
statement within 48 hours.
- Patagonia Ballistics® reserves the right to disable any product
keys and/or serial numbers issued to you for the refunded products.
- Once the unlock code (License file) is emailed refund will cover the
25% of the purchase price.
- We have this policy since it would be impossible for you to return
your registered version of our software.
We apologize, but we cannot provide refunds for:
- Inability to operate the software in your computing environment.
- Inability to apply the license file in your computing environment.
- Software purchased for the wrong platform.
- You have chosen the wrong product during the purchase process.
- You have bought the wrong version for your operating system.
- Your computer doesn't meet minimum system requirements.
- You have changed your mind after you purchased the product.
- Refunds requested more than 5 (five) days after your initial
purchase date will not be issued unless the transaction was subject to a
fraudulent purchase.
License terms
The software is licensed on a per copy per device basis, thus requiring a license for each device that executes the code. However, a single license can be reassigned from one device to another device provided the reassignment is made either (a) permanently away from the one device or (b) temporarily to accommodate the use of the license by a loaned device, while a permanent device is out of service. This waiver ONLY applies during the free support period. Once the free support period is over no waivers will be granted upon this statement, and a new license purchase will be required for a reinstallation.
Before you use the software under a license, you
must assign that license to one device (physical hardware system).
That device is the "licensed device." A hardware partition or blade
is considered to be a separate device.
You have the non-exclusive right to use any
enclosed program only by a single person, on a single computer at a
time. You may not loan, rent, lease or license this software or any
copy. You may physically transfer the program from one device to
another, if and only if, the licensed device ceases to operate
normally, provided that the program is used only by the licensee who
purchase the right, on a single computer at a time. In group
projects where multiple persons will use the program, you must
purchase an individual license for each member of the group.
Use over a "local area network" (within the same
locale) is permitted provided that the program is used only by a
single person, on a single computer at a time. Use over a "wide area
network" (outside the same locale) is strictly prohibited under any
and all circumstances. Violations will be prosecuted to the maximum
extent possible under the law.
This license is effective until terminated. You may
terminate it by destroying the program, the documentation and copies
thereof. This license will also terminate if you fail to comply with
any terms or conditions of this agreement.
You agree upon such termination to destroy all
copies of the program and of the documentation, or return them to
Patagonia Ballistics® for disposal. Other rights and
restrictions: All other rights and restrictions not specifically
granted in this license are reserved by
Patagonia Ballistics®.
Backup and Transfer
You may make one copy of the program solely for
"back-up" purposes, as prescribed by Canadian, United States, and
international copyright laws. You must reproduce and include the
copyright notice on the back-up copy.
You may transfer the product to another party only
if the other party agrees to the terms and conditions of this
agreement, and completes and returns registration information (name,
address, etc.) to Patagonia Ballistics®
within 30 days of the transfer.
If you transfer the program you must at the same
time transfer the documentation and back-up copy, or transfer the
documentation and destroy the back-up copy. You may not retain any
portion of the program, in any format, under any circumstance.
